Design, develop and modify software applications. Develop code that meets estimated effort, timeline and quality standards. Create detailed engineering specifications based on complex business, user, and non-functional requirements. Write code while adhering to standards, procedures and techniques. Perform web application and web-API development. Provide technical evaluation estimates on technology initiatives. Participate in multiple phases of project life cycle development including requirement gathering, software design, development and testing of computer applications. Formulate cutting-edge product breakthroughs, defining architecture and product functionality. Maintain integrity of existing program logic according to specifications, complete deliverables using the Software Development Life Cycle. Supervise and train 3 Computer Programmers. Experience must include: ASP.NET MVC, C#, Rest API, Web API, ReactJS, Javascript, JQuery, Web Services, SQL Server, Angular, JIRAMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree or a foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, CIS, Engineering (Any) or related with 1 year of relevant IT experience as a Computer/Engineering Professional. In lieu of the above, will also accept a Bachelor’s degree or a foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, CIS, Engineering (Any) or related with 5 years progressive IT experience as a Computer / Engineering Professional. Any suitable combination of education, training & experience is acceptable.
