What Will I Be Doing?
- Manage high volume of customer interaction through various channels
- Communicate directly with customers on services offered by our clients.
- Assist customers with setting up accounts, technical support, and troubleshooting issues
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
