Spurwink Services is looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to be our Program Coordinator of Adult PNMI Services. Spurwink Services provides trauma-informed, recovery-oriented Residential Treatment Services for adults with serious and persistent mental health needs and substance use disorders. Services are outlined by integrated, evidence-based practices and include a therapeutic milieu, structured wellness, recreational and social activities. The Program Coordinator will assist the Program Director in all aspects of the hiring process, develop and maintain staff schedules and oversee day to day operations of the program.

    DUTIES:

  • Oversees bills, petty cash and client contributions for the program.

  • Completes monthly safety inspections and oversees fire drills.

  • Manages staff scheduling.

  • Runs groups as necessary.

  • Supervises staff.

  • Involved in staff hiring.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Bachelor's degree required. 3 years of experience in the mental health or human service field is required. Supervisory experience preferred. Demonstrates computer literacy, strong organizational and communication skills.
