Quality AssociateSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00 Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourAre you ready to take on a pivotal role in ensuring quality and customer satisfaction? Join an exciting team in Syracuse, NY as a Quality Associate, where you'll play a crucial part in their operations.Responsibilities:Update procedures and ensure compliance with standards, addressing any backlog in documentation.Participate in 6S activities to enhance workplace organization and efficiency.Maintain accurate production information and display it on the floor for visibility.Conduct engineering studies, documenting findings and suggesting improvements.Assist in assembly, testing, and inspection of electric motors.Communicate improvement opportunities to enhance processes.Prepare and install test products in the facility, simulating real-world conditions.Set up and operate test facilities, analyzing data and making necessary modifications.Utilize computer software for testing, data collection, and analysis.Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.Qualifications:Completion of at least one year of schooling in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or engineering technology.Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.An Associate's degree is a plus.Familiarity with measurement equipment and proficiency in Microsoft Office.Ability to present ideas effectively to small groups.If you're driven by quality and innovation, we want to hear from you!
