Make a difference - for us and for your future.Commercial Document Prep and Booking SpecialistResponsibilities: Prepares and reviews commercial loan documents to include commercial C&I loans, commercial real estate, construction loans, lines of credits, letters of credits for originations, modifications and renewals to represent the structure of the loan approval. Detailed knowledge of all commercial loan types and products including Bi-lateral loans, Syndications, Participations, Revolvers, Lines of Credit, Term Loans, Capex Lines, Guidance Lines, Swinglines, Delayed Draw Term Loans, Construction Loans, Swaps, Letters of Credit, and Debt and Lien Subordinations. Detailed knowledge of collateral instruments including Mortgages, Assignments, Vehicle Titles, UCCs, Purchase Money Security Interest Requirements, and Stocks as well as familiarity with jurisdictional lien perfections requirements. Detailed knowledge of LIBOR, SOFR and prime rate index, amortization schedules, repayment schedules and financial covenants. Working knowledge of organization documents including By-Laws, Operation Agreements, Partnership Agreements and Trust Agreements, Resolutions, Articles of Incorporation, Searches, Appraisals, Insurance Policies and Flood Certifications to ensure compliance with loan approval requirements. Proficient in LaserPro documentation software and ICC Responsible for team questions, escalations, training and compliance inquiries related to Booking processes. Provides team's Coordinator and Supervisor with feedback on process improvements, efficiency gains and individual performance Analyze loan documents of various complexity levels to identify terms and requirements for the new loans, renewals, payments, and rate changes; credits and debits to GL accounts, fees, DDA transactions, and other miscellaneous transactions Independently analyze loan transactions for proper system processing, completeness of information, and verify loans are booked based on defined procedures. Primary tester for any new products, processes or system integration and provides feedback required for successful implementation. Set up loan accounts while meeting production standards with a very high degree of accuracy Handle different loan types that requires utilizing multiple systems to view and research documents to maintain data integrity.Position Title:  Commercial Loan Documentation Representative Business Unit: Operations Reports To: Supervisor of Loan Operations

Position Overview: This position is primarily responsible for preparation of Closing and Modification Documents for Complex Commercial Transactions as well as the enforcement of Bank Commercial Lending Policy and Procedure. The incumbent consults with Relationship Managers and their Support staff regarding loan structure as well as policy and procedure.

Primary Responsibilities: Prepares closing Documentation for Commercial Loan requests Prepares modifications for all types of Loan Modifications including those loans that were initially documented by outside counsel. Prepares closing documents for loan request that include non-standard covenants (language may or may not be provided) or alterations or omission of standard Bank Language. This may include preparation of Specialty Documents for Complex collateral such as intellectual property, liquor licenses, billboards etc. Prepares Commitment Letters and Closing Documents for Tax Anticipation Loans, SWAPs, Letters of Credit and SBA Loans (both 7A and Express) Consults with Relationship Managers and their support staff regarding loan structure and documentation requirements. Assists less experienced staff members with questions. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
