Job Opening: Production Team Lead II

Description:

• Candidate will be leading a team of 11-21 production associates day-to-day.

• Candidate will almost entirely be working on the bakery production floor - this is not a desk/office role.

• Candidate experience in manufacturing, production, or logistics is CRITICAL.

• Client is looking to convert high-performing candidates at the conclusion of this assignment.

Production Team Lead II (1st Position schedule):

• Monday – Friday | Schedule & Shift flexibility required, Weekend Coverage 3x Per Month

• This candidate will primarily be working WEEKEND shifts, but schedule flexibility is a must.

Production Team Lead II (2nd Position schedule):

• Shift A: Fri 7-3, Sat 7-7, Sun 7-7, Mon 7-3 Shift B Shift would be Fri 11p-7a, Sat 7pm-7am, Sun 7pm

• This candidate will primarily be working WEEKDAY shifts, but schedule flexibility is a must.

Education/Certifications:

• High School Required

• Bachelor’s degree complete or incomplete / Specialization in Business Administration or Manufacturing Management preferred.

• Microsoft Office Intermediate – Excel

• Manufacturing tracker Systems

• IL6S / TPM preferred.

• SAP preferred.
