We\'re looking for a Bank Teller to join our team at the Mattoon branch.
Specific job duties include:
- Provides excellent customer service.
- Processes deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments using teller
proof capture system; corrects misread items and balances/closes
transaction batches; issues receipts after verification of amounts,
signatures and/or balances.
- Balances currency and coins in cash drawer.
- Assists with customer inquiries concerning transactions and account
information.
- Answers the phone and transfers calls appropriately; processes phone
transactions.
