Del.Trust, in collaboration with a premier Massachusetts estate planning firm, is actively seeking a dedicated Trusts and Estates Paralegal to join their team. The firm offers estate planning and probate and trust administration along with elder law services including MassHealth planning.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Draft and proofread estate planning documents including wills, trusts and ancillary documents.

• Trust funding

• Client Intake

• Heavy client contact providing empathetic and compassionate support.

• Professional communications with court personnel and staff.

• Maintaining case files for easy document retrieval.

• Managing attorney calendars and monitoring deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience as a paralegal is ideal, preferably 2 or more years.

• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
