Qualifications
Be the Best Clinical Learning & Development Specialist You Can Be
If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!
2+ years hospice care experience and in-depth knowledge of regulations
required,
Proven ability to work within an interdisciplinary setting
Teaching, on the job trainer, or in service educator experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills and
the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a
diverse community.
Strong presentation skills.
Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
Extremely proficient with Microsoft office applications
Bilingual-Spanish preferred
Required Certifications and Licensures:
Current RN License required in good standing to practice in the state required
Current CPR Certification required
Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured and in accordance
with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order
