ROLE SUMMARY

Pfizer's U.S. migraine portfolio consists of two, complimentary, treatments - NURTEC ODT and Zavzpret. NURTEC ODT is the first and only FDA approved oral CGRP receptor antagonist that treats both acute and preventive migraine. NURTEC ODT has the opportunity to change the paradigm in migraine treatment and potentially establish a new standard of care. Zavzpret is the first and only FDA approved, CGRP receptor antagonist nasal spray, that is designed to provide patients fast relief from a migraine attack with just one spray.

Over 40 million patients in the U.S. currently suffer from migraine but less than 25% seek care. About 1.2 million migraine patients visit the ER per year and almost 80% of them never sought care from a community HCP before going to the ED. Migraine creates a significant economic burden to the U.S. healthcare system, costing over $78B annually.

This administrative specialist will support the VP, US Migraine Lead, various Senior Directors and Directors across the U.S. Migraine Franchise.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage calendars and meetings for VP, Senior Directors and Directors, scheduling high-level, time-sensitive meetings with many participants, often across various functions (ex. PCBU LT, commercial, medical, finance, CMO, etc.)

  • Support team with expense management including opening vendor POs, resolving invoice discrepancies, budgeting and issues resolution with vendors and procurement as needed

  • Assist with meeting scheduling, conference room reservations, teleconference set-up, external individual visit to the site and associated meeting logistics.

  • Manage travel arrangements and complete expense reports accurately and compliantly.

  • Organize team JOY activities, team building events and support building of culture across the team and cross-functional partners

  • Capture small and big wins across the team to create JOY

  • Support activities and processes related to field force engagement, KOL engagement, promotional material inventory management

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; HS Diploma required.

  • A minimum 4 years of relevant administrative business experience.

  • Previous experience demonstrating the ability to proactively carry out administrative functions proficiently, and to complete quality work in a timely manner.

  • Ability to work with senior level internal and external stakeholders and manage relationships with professionalism and positive attitude.

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating domestic travel, T&E system, Ariba and other financial and budget management systems.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, organization, and prioritization skills.

  • Ability to manage own time, professional development and prioritize workflow.

  • Ability to take direction with minimal oversight, autonomously, and exercise sound judgement and decision-making skills.

  • Demonstrate expert knowledge and proficiency with general office procedures, such as telephone reception, e-mail etiquette etc.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and has a general ability to operate electronically.

The salary for this position ranges from $31.99 to $53.31 per hour. In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Company's policies.
