How will you make a difference?

The SIOP PSI leader is responsible for demand planning consolidation with all of Freight Equipment Apparatus P&L’s and supply to fulfill the commercial demand. This includes monitoring supply capacities to ensure that either demand can be balanced to match supply or capacities are increased to match demand. Alignment of plant/supply capabilities and commercial demand will support optimization of inventory. Drive execution of monthly SIOP reviews for your specific area of responsibility and actively participate in weekly PSI Reviews providing and presenting summaries.

What do we want to know about you?

  • BA/BS in engineering, business, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.

  • 8+ years of practical and leadership experience across multiple functions including manufacturing, supply chain management, engineering, program management and / or product management.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional project teams to improve delivery.

  • Proven history of building and cultivating relationships with team members as well as key internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to alter daily schedule as required in support of global teams.

What will your typical day look like?

  • Lead the Freight Equipment and Services teams thru critical business reviews (STRAP, BUDGET) with respect to aligning build and sales plans across all sites.

  • Ensure commercial plans align with executable build plans thru monthly SIOP planning reviews.

  • Alignment of inventory associated with supply/demand planning process on a weekly basis.

  • Oversight of major apparatus programs/projects schedules to ensure program timing aligns to forecasted build plans.

  • Provide your review and approval at business tollgates to allow scheduling and further Engineering/Supply Chain activity to progress.

  • Monitor on time delivery and drive mitigation plans on any disconnects or facilitate decisions across P&L’s.

  • Actively participate in weekly PSI Reviews with responsibility for summarizing and presenting the Freight Equipment and Services apparatus status, risks, and opportunities for all global sites.

The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands, and work location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for a performance bonus.
