What You Will Contribute:
Do you have a passion for sustainability? Do you want to help with
products that conserve water - one of the world\'s most valuable natural
resources? We are looking for a new Warehouse Supervisor in our Nogales
Arizona facility! This will be a fully onsite role 8am-5:00pm.
This position supervises warehouse coordinator, inventory coordinator
and material handlers, and is responsible to ensure activities related
to shipping-receiving and inventory control are followed in a daily
basis.
- Ensures products stored are in alignment of product preservation.
Ensures shipping and receiving process and its paperwork are fully
processed and completed.
- This position works closely with planning, warehouse, distribution,
and customs to ensure materials flow in a timely and efficient
manner following the daily schedule. Follow up on any accounts
payable requirement.
- Ensure all products are received in MRP system and process
documentation.
- Works in various computer programs to generate reports and documents
in support of these operations.
- Follows on distribution center requirements and ensure customer
order fulfillment.
- Is responsible for quality system and safety measurements follow up.
- Works with external contacts to support forklift equipment
maintenance, responsible for general housekeeping in the warehouse
facility.
Essential job duties:
- (40%) Supervise shipping and receiving activities. Ensures that
receiving activities are done on time as well the coordination of
material flow to the different facilities. Ensures inventory control
activities are performed in a timely manner to have inventory
accuracy. Supervise that discrepancies are investigated to support
purchasing and accounting departments. Ensures systems are in place
to support other departments regarding the movement and storage of
materials.
- (40%) Oversees the loading and unloading of the shipments to and
from Milwaukee or any other carrier. Supervises manifests and
shipping documents to support border shipments. Verifies receipts
and resolves discrepancies. Schedules the release of replenishment
orders and performs inventory transactions as needed.
- (10%) Miscellaneous support functions: schedules or contacts outside
services to support facilities operations. Schedules repairs of
forklifts and is responsible for forklift computers. Oversees the
scrap items dispositions, document preparation and scheduling. Is
responsible for carrying out and reporting on monthly dock
inventories. Cycle counts and audits.
- (10%) Additional projects, tasks, and/or assignments as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate\'s degree in transportation or logistics, warehouse,
shipping and receiving skills or related
- 3-5 years warehouse experience
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- AS400/BPCS, SECAP or similar preferred
Expected salary range will be between \$52,950-70,600.
