Description We are in search of an Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team in Pico Rivera, California. This role involves overseeing all aspects of accounting, including billing, financial statements, general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, tax compliance, and inventory accounting. You will also be responsible for generating financial reports, coordinating the annual audit, and assisting with human resource functions.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all accounting aspects, including billing, financial statements, general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Create, maintain, and enforce a system of accounting policies and procedures
• Oversee daily cash flow tasks and monitor financial performance against benchmarks
• Issue timely and complete financial statements and coordinate the preparation of the corporate annual report
• Assist in the management and production of the annual budget and forecasts
• Provide financial analyses as needed, particularly for capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations
• Develop relevant KPI’s that aid in meeting the strategic objectives of the company
• Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors for the annual audit
• Monitor debt levels and compliance with debt covenants
• Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filing
• Assist with human resource functions, including new hires and employee relations, compensation and benefits, health and safety, and others through a PEO
• Monitor HR metrics such as turnover rates and cost-per-hire. Requirements • Must have proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required
• Applicants should be well-versed in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Knowledge of ERP Solutions is essential
• Experience with Great Plains (GPAC) is highly desired
• It is crucial for the candidate to understand Accounting Functions thoroughly
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary
• Auditing skills are a must for this role
• The candidate should be capable of handling Billing Functions efficiently
