Job Description:

Plan and execute audits in accordance with accepted audit standards. Report audit findings in a timely manner. Develop remedial measures and corrective action plans whenever deficiencies are found. Make recommendations to achieve regulatory compliance and improve operational effectiveness. Research external regulations and internal policies and procedures. Assist in the development of the annual audit plan. Provide training and education as needed. Stay informed of best compliance practices and trends.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Business required. 3 years of experience in a professional work environment required. 1 year of experience in Healthcare, preferably in Internal Audit, Finance, Patient Financial Services, Operations or Regulatory required.
