We are hiring a experienced Fabricator/welder. We are a high paced fab shop that does anything and everything. We are extremely active and require a lot of physical mobility. We work in shop, in the field, at heights, and in the sub zero temperatures. We work with all metals and use a wide variety of processes. We strive to offer our customers the very best craftsmanship in town, as well as a positive experience. **Welder applicant responsibilities: - Able to be self self sufficient. To work start to finish on a project alone, or with minimal help - Understand professionalism, and how to maintain a clean and safe work place - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and codes standards to determine project requirements - Fabricate and weld metal components according to specifications - Use various tools and equipment such as a fork lift and various man lifts and zoom booms - Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet required standards - Attention to detail, cleanliness, and a good attitude

Experience: - Fitting experience is required. -Handrail experience is preferred and highly desired. - Previous experience as a fabricator/welder - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of welding techniques - Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and codes standards - Job site experience is a bonus since we work on location frequently - must have proficiency in SMAW, FCAW, and GMAW -Applicants are required to have a current drivers license
