Job Opening: Transportation/Logostics Date Entry

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with strategic account routing using the customers transportation management system

• Process direct to store routing for strategic accounts following vendor guidelines

• Investigate and resolve shipment conflicts

• Act as liaison between transportation providers in obtaining pick-up appointments and create bills of ladings for LTL and Truckload shipments

• Generate ASN's and process EDI's for customer who require them with all shipments

• File all paperwork for LTL and Truckload shipments

• Assist in electronic recordkeeping for shipments by scanning all related documents

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

• Fluent in English

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organization skills and attention to detail

• Strong computer skills specifically use of Microsoft Suite of Products, ERP systems and reporting tools

• Basic Understanding of transportation rules and regulations

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
