TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Work Order Coordinator I located in Atlanta, GA.

Supports the effective response of branch operations to emergent issues and vital to the time, resource and cost accounting of work performed by field employees.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Receives, verifies and disseminates work requests from customers Manages work orders, enters labor, contract and materials charges against the work orders and closes work orders when complete. Maintains the integrity of the work order system data Processes confidential information. Maintains a complex filing system. Prioritize work in order to successfully meet the needs of internal and external customers. Develops process relative to the work control system. Experience with customer service, sales and office administration necessary.
