• Complete weekly payroll
• Provide HR policy guidance and interpretations
• Communicate with hiring managers to understand recruiting needs and create job descriptions, requirements, and postings
• Assist with benefits open enrollment
• Complete new hire orientation
• Assist with employee relations issues
