Job Description
PLEASE NOTE: Candidates for this role must be able to work out of our Philadelphia, New York, or Chicago offices.
We’re searching for an Art Director who has a fresh viewpoint and a knack for transforming concepts into cutting-edge visual solutions. You’ll design and execute innovative visual materials for integrated, cross-channel initiatives including web and print advertising. You’ll collaborate with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Designers, Production Specialists and other key members of our creative team to produce industry-leading work.
Tasks and responsibilities include:
Create and communicate concepts
Design comps, storyboards, initial graphic concepts and final deliverables
Foster a collaborative environment
Communicate and articulate concept rationales
Brainstorm and develop campaigns
Work with the client on multiple projects at once
Assist the Creative Director in improving the technical and creative performance of the Creative group
Partner with copywriters to ensure that the copy and voice support the concepts
Qualifications
Four year degree
2-4 years of Art Direction and strong digital design work experience
Creative agency experience desired
Expert use of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Robust design portfolio with combination of print and web
Mastery of all design tools, platforms and versions of applicable software programs
Experience with strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development and creative execution
Strong typographical, motion graphic and interaction design skills including but not limited to Flash, Ajax, Flex and emerging platforms
In-depth understanding of HTML/dHTML and the capabilities of web browsers
Candidate must be open to travel as needed

Compensation Range: $64,500 - $101,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
