JOB REQUIREMENTS: Press Brake Operator will set-up and operate metal bending machines (Press Brake) in accordance with quality/quantity standards. Responsibilities Detecting and reporting defective materials or questionable conditions to management or the designer. Performing quality inspections and checks according to quality documentation/control plans, including documenting results. Maintaining the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and adhering to prescribed safety procedures. Identifying different types of materials, including Aluminum, 5000 series Aluminum, Steel, Stainless Steel, Paint Grip, Galvanneal, and Galvanized. Upholding site efficiency standards. Learning and demonstrating continuous improvement for site Safety and Quality standards and procedures. Meeting the standards of the site attendance policy. Assisting in other work areas as assigned. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 1 to 3 years related experience in a metal fabrication setting; and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Qualifications The ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, blueprints, memos, and simple instructions.
