Summary:
The Workforce Development Coordinator is an important piece of the HR Department. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams across the company and outside organizations, the Workforce Development Coordinator assists with day-to-day execution of multiple workforce development program events/activities, including logistical requirements for ongoing programs and related events. The descriptions below are representative of, but not limited to, the duties and responsibilities for this position.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serves as point of contact at program events with external stakeholders and organizations.
- Tracks program results and related metrics to ensure effectiveness.

- Coordinates the implementation and monitoring of specific workforce development programs/events.

- Implements project plans for assigned workforce development program events/activities, including managing schedules and determining resources to ensure timely project completion.

- Builds and works with cross-functional teams across the company and outside organizations.
- Leads ongoing program evaluation to determine program improvement, provides recommendation for program improvements/efficiencies.
- Facilitates workforce development programs/events with external partners/vendors and serves as primary point of contact at assigned events and related logistical/event requirements.
- Gathers data, monitors, and reports program metrics.
- Maintains and updates database of relevant events and contacts.
Education, Experience & Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
