Position Overview

Work Location: Ontario County
Schedule: M-F 40 hours/wk with rotating on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Performs a variety of maintenance services on a routine and as‑needed basis including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, lawn maintenance, snow removal, grounds upkeep, and mechanical services. Completes work orders promptly, based on the urgency of the need.
Meets regularly with the Facilities Manager to review work needs and schedule repairs.
Requirements
Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers.
Knowledge of general carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repair.
Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years experience in general maintenance, building trades or custodial services or an equivalent amount of education and/or experience.
Must possess a valid driver license with a clean driving record.
