Responsibilities:

• Carry out effective collections on outstanding accounts receivable balances from B2B clients

• Oversee credit and debit transactions, process refunds and adjustments as necessary

• Generate precise and timely invoices for clients, adhering to billing schedules and terms

• Reconcile discrepancies between invoices and payments, investigate and resolve any issues that arise

• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts to minimize outstanding balances

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to address client inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies promptly

• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and update accounting systems accordingly

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis related to accounts receivable as needed

• Stay current with industry trends and regulations related to accounts receivable and credit management

• Provide support during audits and assist in implementing best practices for accounts receivable processes.

Requirements • Proficiency in SAP is a must for this role.

• Experience in B2B collections is required.

• Prior experience in Billing and Billing Collection is essential.

• Familiarity with High-Volume Invoicing processes is crucial.

• Knowledge of Debit Credit transactions is necessary.

• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) is mandatory.

• Candidates must have excellent communication skills.

• Strong analytical skills are required.

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment is necessary.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines is crucial.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred.

• Relevant certifications in Accounts Receivable or related field is a plus.
