This position will lead and provide direction in the development,
implementation, and communication of rules, procedures, and instructions
(RPI) in support of Agency goals. It provides support for and follows
SOP protocols. Assists Manager, RPI with multi-department and
cross-divisional process updates. Drafts and developments agency level
RPIs when needed. Assists as directed with Safety, Maintenance,
Security, and other stakeholders in the development of RPIs.
Requirements: 4 years of computer network experience Four (4) days a
week on site are required. Ensure a commitment to safety through
consistent and professional behaviors in performance of job requirements
that demonstrate safety is a fundamental value that guides all aspects
of our work. Perform related duties as required. Serve as a good steward
by regularly utilizing our transit system to maintain a strong and
current understanding of customers\' experiences and of product and
service offerings.
