The Analyst, Business Intelligence is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of data to help Broadridge Leaders in the OOP and GSMS groups make informed decisions. They will use statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and programming skills to extract insights from data and present their findings to key stakeholders. The Analyst, Business Intelligence will work to develop and implement data-driven solutions to solve complex business problems and improve processes. We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means youll be assigned to a Broadridge officeandgiven the flexibility to work from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Lead the collection, cleaning, and analysis ofdata from disparate sources to create a comprehensiveanalysis.

  • Create and present proposals and results in an intuitive, data-backed manner, along with actionable insights and recommendations to drive business decisions.

  • Communicate results to diverse audiences through effective writing and data visualizations.

  • Support the development and implementation of machine learning models and algorithms to extract insights and address business challenges.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data-driven approaches to optimize business processes and decision-making.

  • Participate in the design, implementation, and maintenance of data pipelines and infrastructure to ensure efficient data processing and analysis.

  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in datasets and evaluate data quality.

  • Proactively stays up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and technology.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.

  • Required Expertise with Alteryx for data manipulation and Tableau and PowerBI for data visualization.

  • Preferred Knowledge in programming languages such as Python or R, with a focus on data manipulation and analysis.

  • Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms, with a willingness to learn and apply new techniques.

  • Solid grasp of statistical methods and techniques for data analysis.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for learning and professional growth.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: 90,000 105,000 depending on experience. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

  • Annual Bonus: 7.5%
