  A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE ULTIMATE AIRSTREAMS SHIPPING & RECEIVING CLERK

This position will assist the Production Manager and the Ultimate Team in various technical and administrative tasks. Specific duties include assisting with dealership/warehouse loading, monitoring program schedules, assisting with projects by compiling kit preparation, handling day to day administrative tasks in the department, acting as a liaison between production and dealerships, ensuring that all the raw materials are stocked in appropriate quantities, and performing several other tasks as required. This is just a snapshot of what this important role provides to our team!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record

• Must have strong attention to detail and time management skills.

• Will be required to become forklift certified.

• Maintain and organize "demo" area and proper disposal of materials.

• Provide assistance and support to Supply Chain Coordinator.

• Responsible for Guest check-in/check-out process, including weigh and inspection of units.

• Frequent travel to various stores to purchase parts and other supplies for the shop.

• Receive/inspect and stock parts in bin locations.

• Pull and organize inventory for Guest projects.

• Ability to perform cycle counts of inventory.

• Help out with cleaning and light maintenance as needed in the shop.

• Clean and organize work areas.

• Take on other projects as needed.

• May cross-train to perform other duties.

  The expected pay for this position is $15.45 - $33.45 Hourly.

  Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
