Job Title: Inbound Call Center Customer Service Representative

Duration: 12+ months (This is a contract position with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs)

Location: Winston Salem, NC 27105

Contract Type: W2

Shift Timings: Mon-Fri, 1st shift

Pay: $15 - $16/hr.

Job Details:

We are seeking a dedicated Inbound Call Center Customer Service Representative for a 12+ months contract in Winston Salem, NC. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for receiving incoming calls from customers. The ideal candidate must maintain an average call handle time of less than 300 seconds and be able to take initiative to find resolutions during the initial call.

Education/Experience Requirements:

2+ years of relevant experience in a Call Center (handling customer calls) environment

Strong computer skills

Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

Work Schedule:

Shifts start between 7am-10am and finish between 4pm-7pm

Must be able to work within those hours

Required to work 40 hours a week
