Job Opening: Stamping Press Operator

• To set and run presses within the standard times required for the product being produced.
• To comply with all the procedures and workmanship standards relevant to the production of the product, including first and last off, and in-process quality checks.
• Starts machines, monitor their operations, and records operational data, as required.
• Follows inspection process to comply with customer and company requirements. Inspects parts during production to meet customer and company requirements and produces pieces within tolerance.
• Maintains focus on productivity, maximizing uptime.
• Completes required paperwork accurately and efficiently to verify work
• Consistently address problems and make/implement solutions to improve efficiencies, process, and product flow, safety, and quality.
• Work closely and cooperatively with the other Managers and Team Leads on day-to-day issues.
• Be involved in continuous improvement of the tooling (i.e. coatings, different metals).
• Available for overtime and training is required.
• Available for shift work 1st/2nd/3rd

Job Requirements:

• Ability to utilize and interpret inspection gauges and equipment
• Ability to follow priorities, achieve goals, and coordinate activities in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• No sitting, lifting, or bending restrictions. Must be able to lift 35 pounds.
