• Proficient use of a computer, multiline telephone system and other communications methods and networks
• Ability to execute directions accurately and with speed
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bring positive, encouraging energy into the Office and Workspace every day

Daily Expectations and Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and communications such as email and customer portals
• Communicate and provide excellent customer service
• Pre-qualify the Customer with job set up questions
• Accuratly input customer details into CRM
• Be a part of the Service Team and always set up techs and department for success.
