About the Role: Technical data engineer focused on supporting hardware and software solutions including the application and database layers within engineering, manufacturing, and operational areas. Manages Engineering, Management and Operations (EM&O) systems data standardization and integration with other systems (e.g. ERP, PLM, Quality and Customer Service) and repositories (e.g. SQL, DB, Azure, AWS). What you will be doing: Implements and manages data integration from manufacturing floor end points to other systems (such as ERP, PLM, Quality, Customer Service) and repositories (such as SQL DB, Azure, AWS). Works with EM&O groups to support related software applications and hardware including day to day support, regular maintenance, and periodic upgrades Develops database design specifications and monitoring processes to optimize system performance. Performs application-level database administration including monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance Designs, analyzes, and configures data workflows. Assists in data standardization and integration for projects and ongoing application support. Tests, troubleshoots, and resolves application technical configuration or application database related issues. Champions the change management process to promote a controlled development process and minimize risk to the organization.
