As a Sr. Staff Development Specialist you’ll develop and facilitate new employee training, assess the training needs of local agency and assist in the development and provision of high-quality, relevant training for agency staff. What You'll Do: * This position will be responsible for developing and facilitating new employee training, assess the training needs of local agency and assist in the development and provision of high-quality, relevant training for agency staff. * A qualified candidate will have the ability to navigate and support others in various different platforms of technology. * Facilitate instructor led training with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, while meeting deadlines and being flexible and reliable partner in quality assurance. Assesses the training needs of local agency and assists in the development and provision of high-quality, relevant training for agency staff. 30 Hours Per Week Monday-Friday Day Hours/Some Evenings Required * Bachelor's Degree in Education * Human Services or Communication * Minimum of two years of experience in training and quality assurance.
