You will partner with the AERO / CORP Center Of Excellence/Planning Transformation to deploy the Honeywell Global Design Model (GDM) and facilitate the full adoption of Rapid Response planning tools across your network.

You will perform the monthly Production Planning process cycle for your site and ensure finished goods production plans align to the site Supply Plans, achieve maximum customer satisfaction, and ensure working capital remains within the business goals. You will ensure the network Capacity Plans and Constrained Master Production Schedules optimize the labor and machine resources whilst achieving the business goals for cost control, productivity and working capital.

You will be closely involved in product lifecycle events and transitions to ensure the network production strategy delivers on the product portfolio vitality goals. You will partner with the supply and materials planning leaders to create and execute your site Production plans. You will attend monthly SIOP Supply Review meetings at the site level to approve the site production plans and to present these and the associated risks and mitigating plans to the Functional & Business leadership in the Supply Review Meetings. You will deputize for the Production Planning Dir/Snr Dir in the Reconciliation and Exec SIOP meetings.

The successful candidate must be capable of translating objectives into a deliverable strategy to achieve business goals and create a competitive advantage of the product portfolio. Utilizing and deploying Lean Six Sigma techniques, driving continuous improvement activities and achievement of superior performance across all KPIs (Key Performance Initiatives).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review changes in the supply and demand balance (MPS)

• Pull In's and Push Outs of Planned & Firm Production orders

• Create Constrained MPS - Master Production Schedule for the site/network

• Create and Review the site Rough Cut Capacity Plans (Cell, Prod Line etc)

• Identify and address capacity constraints

• Create consensus production plan

• Actively resolve issues with demand, capacity constraints and material availability

• Collaborate with Supply & Material planners to resolve issues

• Close involvement with Prod Marketing for NPI/EOL/Promotion/Projects/Product Lifecycle

• Active participant in standard transition processes

• Support Inventory/Materials Planner in maintaining accurate planning parameters / material master data

• Review of the Capacity and Constrained Supply plans in the SIOP cycle

• Own KPI's for supply - OTFP, Past Due, Site Inventory, MPS Load & Schedule Adherence, Unconfirmed SO

• Deputize for the Mgr./Dir/Snr Dir in all SIOP meetings where required.

Candidate must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual commitmentsMust Have

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Planning, operations planning (MPS/SIOP)/scheduling, materials management or other Sales Inventory & Operations Planning related functional area.

• SAP knowledge

• APICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPF certification preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft applications

• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal & written communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently multi-task, prioritize, and delegate.

• Ability to collaborate with both internal and external customers.
