DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: JOB DESCRIPTION Critical role within Accident & Health FP&A team, responsible for FP&A activities (weekly production forecasts, quarterly P&L forecasts, annual and strategic plan, monthly variance analyses).

QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree with a major in Accounting/Finance/Business or other related fields of study * CPA or MBA preferred * 10+ years of relevant experience in an accounting or financial analysis role, or experience with a Public Accounting firm in an auditing role * Insurance industry experience preferred, with in-depth knowledge of Insurance Financials * Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment and make solid recommendations * Ability to understand relationships and interactions between financial data and business results
