Spherion Staffing & Recruiting is currently interviewing qualified candidates for an HR Generalist in Johnstown, PA.

The role of the HR Generalist is to administer all human resources functions in a professional, efficient and effective manner.

  • Starting pay is $18.00 per hour

Dusties, Skills, Qualifications:

  • Time management

  • Basic math and English concepts
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (or related) field AND at least four (4) years of human resources experience in a union environment.
  • Previous history working in HR
  • Experience in workers compensation, FMLA and health benefits
  • Familiar with onboarding, orientation, policies and procedures 
  • Computer skills, including proficient to advanced MS Office skills are required.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is preferred
