Position Highlights

The Analyst will provide support to marketing professionals in the Loan Capital Markets Latam group that will be necessary for the originating, structuring and syndicating of loans to corporate clients and sponsors.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare customized pitch books, client proposals as well as general purpose marketing material to support the team's sale efforts throughout the region

  • Prepare Confidential Information Memorandums, Lenders Presentations and other marketing materials

  • Build financial models to determine optimum capital structure for potential transactions

  • Manage syndication sites, answer investor questions and communicate with participating lenders

  • Interact effectively with various departments at the Bank across different countries to ensure a seamless execution of transactions

  • Conduct market research and remain current on the latest trends in the leveraged and investment grade loan markets

What You’ll Bring

  • The position requires financial, accounting, and computer literacy as well as excellent written and oral communication skills. This is a complex and demanding environment with few guidelines.

  • Considerable initiative, creativity, attention to details and good judgment are necessary.

  • A high level of commitment and a strong sense of teamwork are needed to succeed in the role.

  • Should be fully bilingual (English and Spanish).

  • The position also requires strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

  • Knowledge of Bloomberg would be a plus.
