This is a rare opportunity to join our team as a service advisor at an Acura dealership with a great customer base.    This is the job and dealership for you if you have a track record of high sales and top client relationship scores.     Primary Responsibilities: * Ensure Chevy Chase Acura customers have an expectation experience and trust us for all their automotive requirements   * Watch and greet customers in the Service Lane. * Provide a high level of customer service for all inquiries by  phone, text, email, or in-person * Be the liaison between our customers and  technicians * Scheduling appointments and assisting with inbound customer requests  * Greeting customers promptly at their vehicle * Completing estimated and Repair Order to standards * Provide customer benefits of completing recommended service
