[As a CPI Manufacturing Training Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative trainings to our employees and customers.

[As a CPI Manufacturing Training Specialist, you will be responsible for the development[and delivery of cutting-edge new hire and ongoing trainings for all levels of the manufacturing facilities within Chatsworth, including content development, curriculum design, program coordination, LMS system administration to include but not limited to e-learning initiatives, pre and post-tests, and ongoing evaluations. Manages daily functions of site (assigned manufacturing facility) related training responsibilities to satisfy the training needs of the corporation and associates. Develop and deliver external trainings as necessary. Assist in building a world-class manufacturing training program.
