Description We are inviting qualified individuals to join our team in Bryan, Ohio, as a Programmer Analyst. As a key player in our IT department, you will be designing and maintaining programs and systems that meet our company's standards and end-user requirements. You will also be responsible for ensuring the timely completion of data extracts, reporting, programs, and view/query creation.

Responsibilities:

• Upholding safety guidelines and practices within the workplace

• Engaging with Managers, Supervisors, and End-Users to understand their reporting and data needs

• Designing and maintaining company Crystal Reports, Dashboards, Scorecards, In-house programs, view/queries, and data using industry-standard tools such as Microsoft SQL, .NET, Crystal Reports, and API Development

• Validating existing extracts, views/queries, and reports and identifying advanced reporting needs

• Developing and providing clear documentation and training of programmed solutions

• Providing support for ongoing development, maintenance, and remediation of programs and applications as systems are upgraded or changed

• Participating in IT Department projects and meetings

• Providing End-User Help Desk support as needed

• Monitoring emerging technology developments and identifying innovations with potential high payoffs for the system

• Aiming for a targeted reduction in waste of all forms (time, materials, labor)

• Creating and improving a culture of teamwork, accountability, and trust by modeling expectations and providing positive feedback to drive desired behaviors. Requirements • Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Programmer Analyst or in a similar role.

• Proficient in Microsoft SQL, .NET, Crystal Reports, and API Development.

• Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems.

• Strong understanding of programming languages and tools.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and carry out assignments that are sensitive in nature.

• Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in work.
