prepare special meals, such as low-fat, low-cholesterol, or chemical-free meals.
Plan, conduct,
and
evaluate dietary, nutritional,
and
epidemiological
research.
Plan, conduct,
and
evaluate nutrigenomic or nutrigenetic
research.
Write
research
reports
and
other publications to document
and
communicate
research
findings.
