prepare special meals, such as low-fat, low-cholesterol, or chemical-free meals.
Plan
and
conduct training
programs
in dietetics, nutrition,
and
institutional management
and
administration for medical students, health-care personnel,
and
the general public.

prepare grant proposals to request
program
funding.
