Career Clusters contain occupations in the same field of work that require similar skills. Students, parents, and educators can use Career Clusters to help focus education plans towards obtaining the necessary knowledge, competencies, and training for success in a particular career pathway. Career Clusters data comes from the National Career Clusters® Framework external site implemented by Department of Defense ASVAB Career Exploration Program (updated 2016).

In the example that follows, “Health Science” is selected from the pull-down menu.

  • Sort the occupation list by clicking any column header. Click the header a second time to reverse the sort order.

Should you not identify your occupation of interest in the selected Career Cluster, you can immediately re-select another cluster from the accompanying pull-down menu. You can also view O*NET-SOC occupations in any cluster by choosing “All Career Clusters” from the pull-down menu.
