Location: Middletown, NY

Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm (40hrs) NO NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS!

Job Description:

In this role you will:

Provide individualized pre-vocational services to MR/DD population by,

  • Assist clients to achieve valued outcomes

  • Arrange individual and group activities to aid clients to achieve service goals

  • Daily documentation of services provided according to OMRDD regulations

  • Provide monthly summary of client progress according to OMRDD regulations

  • Record attendance and time in/time out of program

  • Responsible for coordinating down time activities

    Qualifications:

  • Experience with I/DD population

  • Bilingual English Spanish speak is a plus

  • Valid Driver's License
