Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the payment disbursement for vendors, including ACH, check runs, and wires
- Process full cycle accounts payable, including coding, matching and batching
- Preparing weekly check runs
- Process 1099s, and distributing to subcontracts
- Bank reconciliations and assisting in month-end close
- Accruals, and assisting with asset depreciation schedule
