Job Opening: Director, Rail Infrastructure Design

Summary:This position presents the exciting professional opportunity for you to grow your career and to make a difference by working to ensure the hiring of top talent committed to the revitalization of NJ TRANSIT.Roles and Responsibilities:Directs the activities of assigned Infrastructure Design group in all aspects of engineering design. Ensures accurate and timely development of shop and/or construction drawings and specifications in support of in-house or contract forces.Directs the activities of the Managers of Design, Project Managers, Engineers, and support staff in the progress of design related activities.
