Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, psychology, human resources, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in workforce development or career coaching within a vulnerable population.

  • Ability to pass DOC security clearance.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct group sessions.

  • Deliver high-quality education and employment curriculum.

  • Document participant interactions, progress, and challenges.

  • Collaborate closely with care team.
