Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Master Scheduler. This role is based out of our Broomfield, CO location.

The ISG Facility is a leader in the design, development, manufacturer and delivery of mid-range switchgear and components for the utility markets. This role drives on-time delivery through material flow planning and ensuring optimal scheduling of production units.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $80250.03 - $117700.04 a year.

What you’ll do:

  • Create balanced weekly/monthly production schedule in alignment with profit planning.

  • Coordinate with multiple functional groups to determine schedule priorities and ensure work orders are directed to the appropriate department.

  • Drive Stability throughout end unit master schedule. Performs material coding for top level PN’s incl. review of proper order policies, lead times considering manufacturing bottlenecks and constraints.

  • Gathers data for the Weekly Scheduling Review Meetings.

  • Interface with buying team to review key critical shortages.

  • Responsible for the management of the past due finished goods inventory.

  • Drive continual schedule management of past due backlog to verify valid build schedules.

  • Play key role in driving on time delivery to end customer.

  • Drive SIOP process and activities in alignment with functional groups.

  • Determine optimal end unit forecast and safety stock levels. Check shortage report and assure material availability.

  • Respond timely and efficiently to customer changes/requests.

  • Ad Hoc Reporting

  • Additional activities as assigned by the Supply Chain Manager.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration from an accredited school or related field or 3-7 years Operations experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft excel with high proficiency with pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

  • Minimum three years’ experience using SAP Materials Management.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship both now and in the future.

  • Candidates must be based at the Broomfield, CO site.

  • No relocation is offered for this role. Candidates must reside within 50 fifty miles of the Broomfield, CO facility.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration from an accredited school or related field.

  • Thorough knowledge of materials management, lean manufacturing, product scheduling, MRP/ERP, and SAP systems experience.

  • Lean or Six Sigma Certification a definite plus.
