Create processes and standards for developing on the ServiceNow platform and lead design and code reviews. Knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory and relevant IT architecture. Load, manipulate and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems. Create test cases, manage user acceptance testing and perform QA. Configure Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, SCCM and SCOM, Robot, Splunk, SolarWinds , Netcool Nlyte and other monitoring and management tools and their integrations with ServiceNow. Configure ServiceNow integration via standard mechanism of either REST, SOAP, JDBC or file import to Jira, SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC), SAP BW (Business Warehouse) and Microsoft Access. Work with these web development technologies using HTML, JSP, JavaScript, JQuery, Jelly, Ajax and CSS.

Employer will accept a bachelors degree in the comp. Sci/engineering (any), C.I.S. or equivalent, plus five years of experience in lieu of masters degree plus one-year experience.

Employee might have to relocate to unanticipated client sites based on the requirement of the position
