JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: The Department of Urology at the
University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health (SMPH) in
Madison, Wisconsin seeks a urologist with fellowship training in Female
Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS) to join two
urologists and two urology advanced practitioners dedicated to caring
for women with complex pelvic conditions, lower urinary tract disorders,
and pelvic floor dysfunction. This position will provide
state-of-the-art medical and surgical care, while advancing the field of
urology and training the next generation of physicians. Madison, the
capital city of Wisconsin, is situated on several scenic lakes, and is

duties include office visits, ambulatory procedures, state-of-the-art
surgery, and call. 20% academic responsibilities include teaching
medical students, residents, and other trainees, development of a
focused clinical research program, dissemination of findings through
publications in peer reviewed journals and presentations at regional and
national urology and subspecialty meetings, and institutional service
appropriate to rank. The successful candidate will teach medical
students, residents, and fellows. The successful applicant will
participate in administrative and committee work to support the clinical
and scholarly missions of UW Health and the School of Medicine and
Public Health. An essential part of these duties will be working in a
