This is an informatics position in our Strategic Sourcing Team.

Consistently enhance the value of the Strategic Sourcing Master Data Management Program by delivering customer-focused solutions:

Support and deliver: Create, maintain, and deprecate supplier data in Oracle ERP Systems to facilitate smooth and accurate transaction flow through the Oracle ERP. Support the same efforts in item, facility, pricing, and other business data management.

Advise on and apply configuration changes to the Oracle ERP to meet supplier and MDM business requirements.

Measure: Establish and maintain KPIs to track and communicate request and transactional metrics to stakeholders. Collaborate on defining suitable metrics and report efficiency gains to senior leadership.

Standardize: Collaborate with industry peers and standards bodies to promote standardization in MDM activities. Stay updated on industry trends, drive continuous improvement, and optimize processes using existing resources

Research: Recommend and support the implementation of automation methods that reduce manual effort, increase accuracy, and deliver better outcomes.

Document: Assist with documentation, including functional specifications and process flow charts. Create documentation to translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, business system interfaces, data flows and reports.

Listen, Question, Translate, Take Notes and Report Out: Lead outcome-focused data gathering discussions with key stakeholders on process improvement objectives. Utilize strong active listening skills to question and understand the business needs. Report understanding and take-aways effectively and with diverse audiences.

Help develop clear and concise project plans; deliver timely status reports and other project-related documentation.

Train: Support and contribute to training programs to ensure user adoption and reinforcement. Manage measurement systems to track utilization and proficiency. Ensure the Oracle Fusion and related solutions are embraced, adopted, and used effectively to drive better business results with our customers.

Communicate: Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills across organizational functions, including the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, convey messages persuasively, and write informatively in various formats.

Cooperate: Sensitively navigate user wants versus needs in communication and negotiations. Build relationships by engaging closely with stakeholders; identify and address concerns related to Oracle Fusion SCM and other SCM business processes. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure SCM change initiatives are integrated with other major program interdependencies and consider user and organizational impact. Work with the Technical Team to ensure optimal operation of all Oracle Fusion applications as needed.

Share Knowledge: Share your experience and knowledge humbly with all teammates, with a focus on mentoring and developing the professional and technical skills of junior team members.

Test: Collaborate with business process owners to define end-to-end test scenarios, ensure the effectiveness of process changes, manage testing execution for assigned deliverables, document defects and quality issues, and coordinate activities related to quarterly updates with the Testing, Change, and Release Manager.

Analyze: Utilize a scientific approach, combining sound reasoning and collective experience and observations, to research problems and solutions, draw conclusions, and solve problems effectively and holistically.

AA/AS in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certification:

Enterprise Master Data Management highly preferred

Oracle Certification in Procurement, Product Management, Supply Chain Execution or Planning highly preferred

Quality improvement techniques and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)

2+ years experience involving the frequent and complex conversion of data.

Any experience defining Master Data Management strategies, implementing MDM services and capabilities, Data Modeling, Master Data Concepts & Frameworks, Process facilitation, Metadata Management, Data Governance, and Data Quality solutions

2+ years experience in any healthcare delivery program.

Any experience as a Subject Matter Expert in Master Data as part of an ERP implementation

2+ years Information Technology support

2+ years Master Data Management

2+ years experience in supply chain delivery

Advanced skill in the use of Excel, and/or SQL.

Oracle Fusion SCM and Procurement modules including Inventory, Purchasing, Procurement Contracts, Product Hub, Supplier Portal, Self Service Procurement. Experience in Oracle Cloud OTBI, BI Publisher, and other Reporting tools is a plus.
