Access ASU is dedicated to increasing access to higher education and preparing Arizona students for success through family engagement, strategic K-12 education and community partnerships. Access ASUs programs and initiatives are designed to ensure all Arizona students graduate high school ready to thrive in college and the 21st century workforce.\ The Coordinator Sr. is responsible for the efficient, effective, and strategic implementation and expansion of both WeGrad (Digital, In-Person & Hybrid) and the Hispanic Mother-Daughter Program (HMDP), two family education focused programs. The Coordinator Sr. reports directly to the Assistant Director of Family Programs, a position within Access ASU.\ The successful candidate will work effectively with the diverse partners and communities across Arizona served by the Access ASU Families Team (Families). This person will need to bring with them the advanced organizational support skills necessary to help prospective students, their families and Access ASU successfully achieve their higher education and program expansion goals. The Coordinator Sr. is part of a team that assists and supports students and families to access and navigate the process toward a post-secondary education. The candidate must be interested in a position that focuses on large-scale social change and, furthermore, that they are committed and passionate about how their professional interests and career objectives fit with their understanding of social transformation.
